Stuffed Promfrets.

I learnt this dish from a Maharashtrian friend. The recipe is very simple and delicious. She normally makes it with rice and sol kadi but I prefer it with dal-rice.

Ingredients:
1 whole prompfret slit in the middle
1 cup grated coconut
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
